A perfect show !!!

14th 5.2007
Dublin IR
Point Depot

Gerry: The concert itself was very enjoyable. With the addition of a giant floating astronaut at the intro to 'Perfect Sense', the famous flying pig during 'Sheep', the fantastic visuals on the screen behind the stage, flames, explosions and a giant pyramid suspended from the ceiling lit up like the album cover of Dark Side of the Moon and the magnificent musicianship and vocals of the whole band all added up to a be a perfect show ...

“What a way and a place to end the European tour” was Roger's comments. I particularly enjoyed the performance of 'Leaving Beirut'. The narrative of the storyboard on the screen behind the stage was very well done as was the artwork.

Creativity just seems to flow from everything Roger Waters does. He seems to channel all his emotion, feelings, ideas and opinions into his craft.

This was my first time to see Roger Waters perform live and I was not disappointed.

Where does an old man like Roger get his energy? I guess it must be passion that drives him on …
